By purchasing through NhiLuxe, you agree and acknowledge the following terms and conditions:

  • ALL SALES ARE FINAL. No returns, cancellations or exchanges unless the item is significantly not as described or grossly misrepresented.
  • Please review all photos and/or videos carefully as they are considered an integral part of the description.
  • If you receive an item that is significantly not as described, please contact us immediately within 24 hours from delivery date so we can assess the situation. We will promptly review all photos and videos to address your concerns about the discrepancy. We will not accept any returns, exchanges and/or offer any discounts with claims past 24 hours after the delivery date.
  • If we do accept your return or exchange, our item must be returned in the same condition it was received and with all original tags and packaging intact. We reserve the right to deny your return or provide a partial refund if the item was returned to us in a different condition than it was originally received.
  • All items are guaranteed authentic but if an item is proven to be not authentic, please contact us for a return shipping label and we will process your refund within 48 hours from receipt of item.
  • For authenticity disputes, we will only honor authentication from the brand and/or reputable third-party authenticators such as Entrupy, Leather Surgeons and Bababebi. We will not honor certificates of authenticity based on photos or authenticators who are resellers and consignment stores.
  • Due to having multiple selling platforms, product inventories are not guaranteed. We apologize in advance for any inconvenience, but in the event an item you purchased is sold out, we will promptly inform you and process a full refund. 

Payment Plan

At NhiLuxe, we value your business and do offer payment plans for eligible items. Please contact us if you are interested in an opportunity to secure a beautiful piece with a layaway plan that works for you.   

  • A 10% non-refundable deposit is required for all payment plans.
  • Full payment must be received by a mutually agreed upon timeframe.
  • If full payment is not received by a mutually agreed upon timeframe, then NhiLuxe reserves the right to cancel the sale and all deposits and payments made shall be deemed forfeited and non-refundable.

In-person sales 

We do offer a one-hour in-person sales experience by appointment only. If your preference is a direct, face-to-face interaction, wait no longer, contact us for an appointment! Due to the high value and rarity of our products, in-person sales experience will require a $200 non-refundable fee paid prior to your appointment date. This fee may be applied towards your purchase should you decide to move forward with the sale. We would love to show you our beautiful and highly desirable pieces in-person so don’t hesitate to contact us!   

Authenticity Guaranteed

NhiLuxe stands behind the authenticity of every item sold on our website. We physically inspect all handbags, fine jewelry, watches, shoes and accessories. Our lifetime return warranty: if at any given time, an item purchased from us is deemed inauthentic by the brand or a reputable authentication expert (documentation required), we will take the item back and offer a full refund.
